As our
Intern Business Analyst (d/f/m) you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing the company's data based on our KPIs in order to provide transparency, and to enhance as well as further improve our business productivity. This includes recruiting and financial forecasting and planning.

What you will do
You will cover a broad range of tasks, including but not limited to:
Find and implement efficient ways of data collection from various sources across different tools
Provide clear insights for different teams within Futurepath, including identifying challenges and providing recommendations based on data findings
Support on standardizing regular reportings for our teams and external stakeholders
Work at the intersection between our recruiting, operations, finance and management teams
Be the contact person for all candidates, as well as sending out recruiting emails
Assist with timely and accurate completion of data to all applicant tracking systems and documentation
