As our Recruiting Intern (d/f/m) you are our candidates’ main contact person and you will support us in general admin tasks, with the perk to have a peek into a fast-paced recruitment start-up.

What you will do:
You will cover a broad range of tasks, including but not limited to:
Grow and develop our network of potential freelancers and industry professionals
Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing methods
Interact with potential candidates on social media and through platforms like Github and LinkedIn
Be responsible for contacting candidates and conducting interviews to understand their personal, professional and technical background
Ask for referrals from internal and external networks for hard-to-fill roles
Be the contact person for all candidates, as well as sending out recruiting emails
Assist with timely and accurate completion of data to all applicant tracking systems and documentation
